I am a native of Mountmellick in Laois. Shortly after returning to live there in 2007 I set up capture it photography.
When asked why I take photographs, my answer is easy: I enjoy it. My hope for people viewing my work: to feel the same appreciation with the subject that I feel.
My approach to photography is one of simplicity. My use of traditional techniques and equipment represents photography at its purest.
